What's in it?

Full of Grace granola is currently available in 3 flavours:

Full of Grace granola is on the menu and available for retail purchase at selected produce stores & cafes in Melbourne and Adelaide – see Where to Buy for locations.

Full of Grace is ACO Certified Organic. All ingredients are organic and, whenever possible, sourced locally. What’s in it?

Full of Grace is designed to be eaten for breakfast, complete with yoghurt (Kelly's favourite is Organic Coconut Yoghurt!)  and fresh seasonal fruit. Full of Grace can also be enjoyed as a snack by the handful, as a topping on dessert – you can eat it however you wish.

ACO Certified Organic

Full of Grace is certified organic by the ACO.  The taste and even look of the organic product is simply better. Months were spent baking and testing all different nuts, seeds, oils & fruits to come up with the best tasting and most wholesome granola possible. During this time, it was amazing to note the difference in the size, shape & colour of Organic vs Non-Organic produce. It was quite amazing and confirmed the decision to go organic. Organic is more expensive but the bottom line is… you get what you pay for! And you can’t put a price on health & good food.

Basic ingredients & origin

Where possible, Full of Grace sources local organic ingredients. Unfortunately for Aussies, there are lots of Certified Organic foods that just don’t exist on the market (there simply isn’t the demand yet). Therefore our granola does include some ingredients that are sourced direct from organic farmers overseas.

Organic Jumbo Rolled Oats – Australia

Whole oats are the backbone of the granola – an excellent source of thiamine, iron, calcium, protein and dietary fibre.

Organic Blanched Almonds – Australia

Almonds are one of the most nutritious of all nuts. They are low in saturated fat and rich in Vitamin C and minerals such as calcium, copper, zinc, magnesium and phosphorus.

Organic Flaked Coconut – Philippines

Coconut flakes are highly nutritious and rich in fibre, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids.

Organic Pumpkin Pepitas – China

Pumpkin pepitas (seeds) are an excellent source of protein as well as vitamins and minerals including iron, zinc, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, copper and potassium.

Organic Sunflower Seeds – Australia

In addition to linoleic acid (an essential fatty acid), sunflower seeds are an excellent source of dietary fibre, Vitamin E, minerals and cholesterol-lowering phytosterols.

Organic Brown Linseeds – Australia

Linseeds, also referred to as flaxseeds, contain high levels of dietary fibre and are a rich source of Omega-3 fatty acids.

Organic Coconut Oil – Sri Lanka

Coconut oil is made from carefully selected ripe coconuts and has a rich fragrance and taste, reminiscent of the tropics. Coconut oil is also the only oil that keeps its structure when cooked at high temperatures, so maintains lots of lineoic acid (found in Omega-3 fatty acids).

Organic Agave Syrup – Mexico

Agave Syrup is harvested by the Aztecs in Mexico (seriously!) – it has a low GI and is an excellent natural sweetener. By using Agave syrup, we use 25% less sweetener than we would if we were to use sugar.

3 individual flavours:

BERRY Organic Dried Cranberries & Organic Dried Blueberries – America

DATE Organic Dates

GINGER Naked Uncrystallised Ginger – Australia

Steel Cut Oat Porridge

Full of Grace steel cut oat porridge is available on the menu during autumn and winter at ICI Cafe, Entrecote, Snow Pony, Little Henri, Stables of Como, Two Birds Cafe & New York Tomato.
